1 Is the membership month-to-month?

Yes. A monthly membership continues on a month-to-month basis until the member cancels it.

2 Can I cancel my monthly membership anytime?

Yes. For monthly memberships, cancellation is allowed at any time, but notice must be given at least 2 business days before the next payment date.

3 How do I cancel my membership?

Members can cancel by contacting us via Email or Phone Call.

4 Is there a joining fee?

No. Our memberships are month-to-month, with no joining fee, no annual maintenance fee, and no hidden costs. The only additional cost is for new gloves and hand wraps.

5 Does the membership renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly memberships automatically renew each month and continue billing until they are canceled.

6 Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes. Members can freeze or pause their membership by contacting us via email or phone.

7 Can I upgrade my membership later?

Yes. Members on the Glove Up Program plan can upgrade or downgrade their membership by contacting us via email or phone.

8 Are there different monthly plan options?

Yes. Members on the Glove Up Program plan can upgrade or downgrade their membership by contacting us via email or phone.

9 Can members bring a guest?

No. Guest access is not permitted with any membership type.

10 Can minors join?

Yes. We offer the Glove Up and Academy programs for minors. A parent or legal guardian must sign all consent forms and waivers during membership sign-up.

11 What happens if a member breaks gym rules?

Membership can be suspended or canceled if a member violates gym policies or acts improperly, and the member may not be entitled to a refund in that case.

12 Is membership access personal only?

Yes. Access credentials are for the member only.
