Photos & Video
If you sign a Tensho Boxing Academy membership contract, you may grant us permission to photograph and video record you (or your child) during training sessions, classes, and events, for use in our marketing, social media, and promotional materials, as described in that agreement. This is separate and in addition to the general privacy practices described here — please review your signed membership contract for the full media release terms.

Information About Minors
Our Glove-Up program serves members ages 8–12. For any member under 18, we collect the required information from, and communicate primarily with, a parent or guardian, who must sign all membership, waiver, and consent forms on the minor's behalf.

We retain membership, billing, and waiver records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate your membership, comply with legal and insurance requirements, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
