Freeze Membership
Use this when you need to temporarily pause training and plan to return.
- Include the reason for your freeze request.
- Select the date you want the freeze to begin.
- In the reason field, include your requested unfreeze date.
Use your Member Portal to submit a freeze or cancellation request. This page walks you through each step, from logging in to sending your request to the Tensho team.
Freezing pauses your membership temporarily. Cancelling ends your membership after your request is reviewed and processed according to your agreement.
Follow these steps in the Member Portal. The same request form can be used to explain whether you are asking to freeze or cancel.
From the Tensho website, click the Member Portal button in the top navigation.
Enter your email address and password. Choose the Member option before logging in.
On your profile page, scroll to the Memberships section. Find your current active membership and click Cancel.
Write your cancellation or freeze reason, select your requested date, attach a document if needed, then click Send Message.
Your request is sent to the Tensho team for review. Keep your request clear so staff can process it quickly.
We review your request, your selected date, and your membership agreement.
If more information is needed, the team will contact you before processing the request.
Your freeze or cancellation is not complete until you receive confirmation from Tensho.
