Combat Conditioning (HIIT)
High-Intensity training designed to build power, endurance, and a fighter’s engine.
Level I focuses on establishing proper form, controlled intensity, and foundational strength. Perfect for beginners or anyone returning to structured training.
You’ll work on:
Basic HIIT cycles and interval pacing
Core strength and full-body mobility
Boxing-inspired footwork conditioning
Low-impact explosive movements
Proper breathing and recovery mechanics
The goal of Level I is to build stability, confidence, and a strong aerobic base before increasing intensity.
Level II increases the workload and introduces athletic-style circuits. Drills become faster, longer, and more explosive—pushing your conditioning and coordination.
You’ll work on:
Advanced HIIT rounds with shorter rest periods
Plyometric work (explosive jumps, bursts, sprints)
Agility ladder and footwork speed training
Heavier strength circuits
Increased cardiovascular conditioning
Level II transforms you from "working out" to "training like an athlete."
